Found C.W. and listen what you need to do
C.W. wants you to restore the power, but where?
There is a gate along the river, perhaps it is rotatable
We need a stronger water flow
but the waterfall is empty, is something blocking up there?
If the gate don't rotate,
check the boards, and check the locking mechanism above
Where should power come from?
Follow the power lines (small ones then the larger one)
and you should found a train generator
It seems to be drained out of fuel,
check the settings, and follow the fuel pipe.
Trouble starting the generator?
Be patient, start it slowly.
Unblock the waterfall
Rotate the river gate
Fill the fuel tank
Prime and Start the generator
After you restored the power, follow back along the large power line
You will find a crude map of Hunrath's power routing
Breaking The Beam Emitter
The power is restored, C.W. wants you to disable the red beam shooting the dome
The red beam is located up on the large building next to C.W.'s place
If you saw the map recently, you know the power here is back.
Buttons unresponsive previously should be working now.
There are documents you can read here, most of them are vital for your progress.
Take notes of them.
One of the document says there is a cart lifted up, search it, lower it.
The cart cannot power both the beam and the engine together,
there is a lever to toggle between them.

Mofang Projector: still projections is possible(rocks)
projection shooting any part of the dome suppresses transportation.
Mofang Disabler: Blue beam can disable any Mofang tech (reds)
