Now that you have power, go through the entrance with the blue light, and go to the far left of the hovel area. Push the red button to open the side building. Go upstairs, and look at all the papers in this area. Go to the blue beam emitter, and trigger the button on the left. This will bring the emitter downstairs. Make a note of one of these papers, which will be the Mayor asking for Farleys access code to be reset - it will be noted as her address backwards.

Walkthrough

Now that you have power, go through the entrance with the blue light, and go to the far left of the hovel area. Push the red button to open the side building. Go upstairs, and look at all the papers in this area. Go to the blue beam emitter, and trigger the button on the left. This will bring the emitter downstairs. Make a note of one of these papers, which will be the Mayor asking for Farleys access code to be reset - it will be noted as her address backwards.

Before heading downstairs, go to the left and open the bread-tin looking cover on the big generator. Reconnect the electrical connection. Follow the train tracks near this area to turn on the water attached to the yellow hose. Return back to the main upstairs area, then go back downstairs.

Now that you have the emitter (which is attached to a cart), we need to disable that red beam and lift the restrictions on our movement. Open the cart door, and look at the green handle. Pull it to change controls. Using the cart, pull forward and go past the junction. Flip the junction, and reverse through the track, putting you in the position to point the laser at the red beam emitter, disabling it.
