The Tower overlook
The monitoring console
The Tower overlook is the top level of the Tower. It overlooks both sides of Hunrath and contains various monitors and a console with monitoring instruments.
The console instruments show the health condition of the Tree of each Cell, i.e. of Hunrath, Kaptar, Maray, and Soria. It is connected to a walkie-talkie. Eventually we find that the roots of all the Trees send their sensor voltages via colored wires that run through the Heart to a modified walkie-talkie at the Hunrath side, which no doubt connects wirlessly to that of the Tower monitor.
The top floor is also equiped with a camera feed from the Gas station, two television monitors, and a detonation device for the Bleeder.
