- Go to the Community Center
Leave the community center, and go back to the beam emitter on the cart. Throw the junctions until you've backed up the cart against rocks, just past the town. Without getting out of the cart, throw the switch, and continue on. Once you get to the wall, get out and open the gate. Get back in the cart. Now point your laser through the gate, and try and hit the rocks blocking the way through the passage.
