Continue up the stairways until you get to the moving platform. Climb on board. This will bring you to the top platform of the big machine we activated earlier, just about the strange Russian panel. Go to your left to release the ladder so we don't have to worry about getting back here again. Stay up top, and keep on this path. Take the elevator down, find the pedestal, and activate it.
You'll appear in what was once the stone globe, but this time, it's been replaced with wood. Head down and around, and push the button below to spin the globe so that the stairs going up are pointing towards the building set into the cliffside with the girders hanging out. Re-enter the globe and use the pedestal.
Now that you're back, go to the door. Throw the board lock up, and move through the doorway. Head straight across the shrine and back to where the Polyarch skeleton is. Continue along this path, and pass through the portal at the bottom again. Follow this path all the way to the end, going up the stairs all the way until the stairway leading down that you ignored before. Go down that case. At the bottom, there's a small cutout with another pedestal inside. Activate it.
First, inspect the room. Read the paperwork herein, then turn around and go through the other exit into the cave system. Push the door open, and you'll see that you're in Farley's Community Center. Toggle the door again, then go through the stone arch. Walk all the way down and through the purple portal again.
Continue down the path, then left into the building and through the portal. Keep going through, then turn right, and head back to the pedestal. Activate it. Once you're through, pass through the door you opened up earlier. Continue along the path ahead of you, all the way until the pedestal. Trigger this new pedestal.
You'll find yourself back in the main hub of Hunrath again. Go along the dirt path, and activate yet another new pedestal. Continue back up the path, and then cross the newly formed rock bridge. Take the left path, and climb onto the bridge.
Use the blue handle at the far end of the ship to generate a blue beam capable of destroying the red beam emanating across the area. Go back down the path and straight across. Follow it, and walk through the shimmery portal. On the other side, follow this path. Go through another portal.
At this console, keep drawing variations of the 15 slanted figure to finish the bridge across. Cross over.
